Whether you’re hosting guests or simply love the charm of afternoon tea, this workshop offers a deliciously rewarding day of baking, learning, and tradition.
This hands-on course is ideal for beginners and keen home bakers who want to master timeless recipes and refined presentation. Under the guidance of an experienced tutor, you’ll prepare a variety of traditional items such as buttery scones, delicate finger sandwiches, mini cakes, and elegant patisserie-style bakes.
You’ll also learn the essentials of assembling and presenting your afternoon tea on tiered stands, with attention to texture, flavour balance, and visual appeal.
