Although there are no formal entry requirements for this course, it is recommended that you complete Fine Dining (Part 1) or already have proficient cooking skills.
Fine Dining (Part 2) is an 8-week culinary course designed for those who have completed Fine Dining (Part 1) or who already have a similar level of ability.
This course is ideal for passionate amateur cooks, looking to elevate their skills and creativity to industry standard.
Throughout the course, you will learn to work with quality ingredients and incorporate more advanced cooking methods. Emphasis is placed on creativity, precision and consistency – key qualities in fine dining.
You will be challenged to create and deliver multi-course dishes, with a focus on balance, seasonality and contemporary culinary trends.

If you take up a place on a College course, at the start of the course you will be asked to complete an enrolment form. In completing the form and/or taking up a place on a College course, you will enter into a contract with the College and be bound by the North East Scotland College Standard Terms and Conditions of Study. Please note that courses are offered subject to (a) there being sufficient numbers of enrolments and (b) the availability of resources.
