Previous knowledge or experience would be of benefit but not essential.
This course covers how to maintain high standards at work including attendance and punctuality requirements, the importance of these and how to meet them, as well as procedures for being late or absent, journey timetables and procedures for reporting timekeeping and attendance issues.
Also learn about organisational requirements relating to work activities, how to meet deadlines and who can support this, and how to complete work activities to the required standard, as well as health and safety procedures, organisational values and why these are important.

If you take up a place on a College course, at the start of the course you will be asked to complete an enrolment form.
